Dagens problem.

I'm gonna write this in english, because this computer doesn't support the use of the three last letters of the swedish alphabet. For the moment I'm trying to write an essay with the topic: "What is a small state?!". My problem is that I would like to use the sentence "You all know that size doesn't matter..." But I cant write it for so many reasons, I have tried to figuere out another way to say the same thing, but it just sounds wierd.

Size doesn't matter, neither for a European Small State or in some other context.
